First Aid Refresher

Most of the team completed a First Aid Refresher course today. The rest of the team and some new members will take part in a 3 Day First aid course next week.

Certificate of Appreciation

Doolin Coast Guard Unit was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from Clare County Council at Áras Contae an Chláir. Doolin Coast Guard Unit was among other search and rescue groups and diving clubs whose voluntary service for the county was acknowledged by the County Council. Mattie Shannon, Doolin Coast Guard Unit OiC , accepted the certificate from Mayor of Clare, Christy Curtin.
