Some team members took part in the Saint Patrick’s Day parade in Doolin today. There was a great turnout. The parade started at 2pm and traveled through the village for about 3km.

RTE will broadcast a new six part series on Sunday evenings at 7.30pm. It will tell the stories of some of Irelands rescue operations. We have a new experimental Map ‘Mashup’ displaying aggregated RSS Feeds from Doolin unit, other Coast Guard blogs and external SAR related organisations. These feeds are mashed with google maps to display their respective event data geographically. Visit the map on our website HERE
