Barrel washed ashore
At 20.25, Doolin Coast Guard Unit was tasked by MRCC, Valentia to investigate a report of a barrel washed ashore at Pól Sallagh, North of Doolin. Coast Guard members went to the area, located the barrel which had contained oil. The barrel was sealed in plastic and removed from the shore.
