Cliffs recovery

With calmer conditions today , the Garda Divers and Doolin Coast Guard Unit were able to carry out a successful recovery from the base of Cliffs of Moher this morning.The Shannon based Coast Guard helicopter, Rescue 115 , landed at the Cliffs to be on standby if needed. Both Coast Guard boats launched and Garda Divers swam ashore and recovered the body to the boat . Boats returned to Doolin Pier. Incident stood down.
