Members of the Icelandic Coast Guard visited Doolin Coast Guard Unit today. They were transported from Shannon to Doolin by the Shannon based Coast Guard Helicopter, after they had  visited their base. The visitors were then given a presentation on what we do by Doolin Coast Guard OiC. They were then taken on a boat trip under the Cliffs of Moher on the Doolin Coast Guard Delta while others took part in a cliff climbing exercise.

They had visited Crosshaven Coast Guard Unit , Haulbowline Naval Base and The Maritime College in Cork.
