Doolin Coast Guard Unit was tasked at 13.25 today by MRSC , Valentia,  to recover a body from the water off Aill na Searach, it had been seen from the cliffs above by Rangers at the Cliffs of Moher. Team members assembled and both boats were taken to the rescue centre. The launch time was considerably delayed due to cars parked on both sides of the road on the way to the pier. The D-Class launched first and made it’s way to the search area , followed by the Delta . Searches were carried out and the body was taken on board a short time later.
