SAR Excercise at Kilkee

Coast Guard Units from Kilkee, Doolin, and Ballybunion, the Shannon based Coast Guard Helicopter, The RNLI Fenit All-Weather Trent Class Lifeboat , Clare Civil Defence,and Kilkee Marine Rescue all took part in a search and rescue demonstration at Kilkee. Members of the public watched  climbing exercises by the Coast Guard Units and the Civil Defence.The Fenit lifeboat and Kilkee Marine Rescue demonstrated water rescues and the helicopter  winched a casualty from a liferaft.
