Search North West of Crab Island

At 22.23 , Doolin Unit were alerted to an object floating a half a mile off Crab Island by a member of the public. The person was concerned that it may have been a person in the water. The D-Class was launched and searched the area while members also carried out a search from shore. The Delta was prepared for launch. All members returned to base at 22.59,after the D-Class crew located the object and ascertained that it was not a person.
