Surfer with broken leg

Doolin Coast Guard team was tasked by MRSC, Valentia, to assist the HSE Ambulance with an incident at Creagg beach. The casualty  had broken his leg while surfing, he made it back to shore where another surfer called for help. The casualty was treated and  stabilised at the scene by a Doctor and paramedics and stretchered to the ambulance and on to University Hospital Limerick.
