Walkers at Cappabhaile

cappabhailleClose to 19.00 , Doolin Coast Guard Unit was tasked by MRCC ,Valentia to go to Cappabhaile hill, Ballyvaughan, to assist a group of four walkers who were finding it difficult to make their way down.Ennistymon Gardaí had been contacted by a member of the group as they were concerned as it was getting late and  the group did not have a map of the area. The walkers had started out at the Khyber Pass near the Caher Valley and continued over Gleninagh Mountain and onto Cappabhaile. They had come down on a side of the hill with difficult ground and a lot of scrub  Doolin Coast Guard Members assembled , and went to the location to assist the walkers down.
